The Short Version

  • ✓ We only keep your data as long as needed

What We Collect

When you use LinkedIn Rewind, we collect:

  • Email address — To send you your Rewind results
  • LinkedIn profile URL — To identify which profile to analyze
  • Public LinkedIn data — Your public profile info and posts (name, headline, post content, engagement metrics)

We only access information that is publicly visible on LinkedIn. We cannot and do not access private posts, messages, connections, or any data you haven't made public.

How We Use Your Data

  • Generate your personalized LinkedIn Rewind
  • Email you your results
  • Process payments (if you skip the queue)

That's it. We don't use your data for anything else.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell your data — Your information is never sold to third parties
  • We don't train AI on your data — Your content is not used to train any AI or machine learning models
  • We don't share your data — We don't share your information with other companies for marketing
  • We don't store more than we need — We only keep the minimum data required

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate LinkedIn Rewind:

  • Cloudflare — Hosting and infrastructure
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — AI processing to generate your Rewind (your data is sent to generate results but is not used for training)
  • Paddle — Payment processing (if you pay to skip the queue)

Data Retention

We retain your data for up to 90 days after your Rewind is generated, so you can access your results. After that, data may be automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time before that.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Delete your data — Use the "Delete My Data" button on your Rewind results page, or email us
  • Access your data — Your Rewind results page shows all the data we have about you
